Areas of applications

  • Lubrication of stop cocks and valve seals
  • Cold and hot water valves in plumbing and heating
  • For valves in hot and cold water lines
  • Lubrication and protection of O – Rings, rubber seals and plastic components

Advantages and benefits

  • Non-toxic, neutral to plastics, rubbers, and O-rings
  • The consistency does not change much over awide range of temperatures
  • Resistant to hot/cold water as well as to acetone, glycerine, ethylene glycol, ethanol and methanol

  • NLGI grade: 3
  • Base oil viscosity (40 °C): 9,500 mm²/s

Applications

Clean the lubricating points well for optimal effect. Apply the grease evenly and thinly to the functional surfaces with a brush, spatula, etc. Avoid excesses. In as far as available, observe the machine manufacturer's instructions. Assess the lubrication frequency and quantity on basis of service conditions. Only mix with suitable lubricants. Caution: Plastic based on silicone, such as silicone rubber can be attacked by silicone grease. Silicone grease may not be used at sliding points under pure oxygen influence.
